Who is the Evening IOP for?
The Evening IOP exists for people who need real treatment but cannot step away from their responsibilities. If you work a nine to five, run a business, attend school, or spend your days caring for children or parents, the evening track lets you do the work of recovery without dismantling the life you are trying to protect.
Clinically, evening candidates are the same as day candidates. You should be medically stable, able to live safely at home, and ready to participate in structured group and individual work several evenings per week. During your assessment, our clinical team confirms that IOP is the right level of care and helps you choose the track that fits your schedule.
There is one more thing evening clients often tell us: coming to treatment at the end of the day turns the hardest hours into the safest ones. Evenings are when cravings, isolation, and old habits do their best work. Spending those hours in therapy, surrounded by people moving in the same direction, rebuilds the part of the day where relapse used to live.
