Sometimes. Withdrawal from alcohol, benzodiazepines, and heavy opioid use can require medical supervision first. Your assessment will answer this honestly, and if detox is needed, we help you connect with a trusted provider and hold your place in our program.

Most clients complete the program in eight to twelve weeks, with session frequency stepping down as stability grows. Your timeline follows your progress, not a fixed calendar.
